I understand that Midland is tight on hotel capacity. That said, this place is not good. Bed was comfortable, but the place is dilapidated. Rust, loose fixtures, bad smell from the tap water etc

Starbucks in the lobby is a huge plus! Free Bkft buffet & quiet rooms. Love it when the a/c has a constant fan & I don't hear it cycle on & off all night.

I've stayed in quite a number of hotels in Southwest Texas, and this is by far one of the best ones. It's got a big city vibe hotel for a town like Midland.

Absolutely outstanding hotel in the heart of Midland. Friendly staff, large king rooms, huge double shower, beautiful pool, and Starbucks in the lobby. Only 2 blocks from the Wall St Restaurant.

it stinks but it looks nice. people def pay more for the name than the room here. I've seen nicer rooms for less with really great staff at the Wyndham Garden.

This place is a dump. Avoid. Flies and we had no hot water one night. Anyone who can work works in the oil field and not here. Unfortunately probably the "best" hotel in Midland.
