I overlooked one little gem. Steeles restaurant in the hotel. Excellent, friendly service, wonderful breakfast. Could stand some atmosphere, but good overall.

I was told the business centre was open, it is. Three computers, a printer and nothing connected to the internet.👎

—continued. From the check in desk. I was not permitted to leave my bags with the front desk. If you’re looking for customer service, go somewhere else. 👎

-continued issues ranged from not being able to give a room key, needing to be ‘escorted to my room’ and given vague directions on where to park a bus. This just happened to be as far as possible...

As a business customer, I’ve never been treated like a lowlife until I arrived here. Rude service, ignored for the first 10 minutes, the lobby had one other person in it. The “system was down”issues

DO NOT EAT ST THE FLIGHT DECK! The 19 yr old waitress told me to leave since I did not have Photo ID. I AM 51 YRS OLD! I look it act it & am a professional businessman! Ridiculous NO COMMON SENCE
