Cons: Noise from trains since it's right next to the track, internet almost to slow to work, no shops or restaurants in the area, poor kitchen supplies (no knife, soap, ...). Pros: cheap.

High speed Internet is slow speed Internet, if that's your thing

Here you can just as easily relax or get work done. Close to restaurants, groceries, entertainment, even the highway. Cheap internet, large rooms with quiet workspace.
