Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent as well (we had it included in our reservation, not sure if this is standard). No complaints.

Rick may own this Hotel but I am the Swarm mayor of it... I doubt Rick has Swarm but in case you check in here check out the "Owner Rick is a Prick" campaign which starts today on trip advisor...

Breakfast is made to order and decent, make sure to get it as part of your reservation or you'll be spending $10+

Love the staff at the restaurant on site, rooms have many cable options and free wifi, and the beds are awesome. I'll be back

Best place in Phoenix to receive your Amazon's packages. You will find them in your room, no matter how many they are.
