The good: comfiest beds EVER, amazing pillows and polite staff. The bad: the pool is outside, the bus stop is 10 minutes away & there is no elevator.

Disapointed for the price. Pool is outdoors, spa pool is nasty. Room is average but seems clean.

You've to go to russell's, 6675 Transit Road, Williamsville for dinner. Great place to be. Tasty Fondue (not really Swiss style) and you've to have the 30oz Porterhouse!

Wifi is terrible; front desk clerk fairly rude; airport shuttle took forever to arrive and was disgustingly filthy; at least room was clean and comfortable
