This is not a luxury hotel. That being said, it is an enjoyable place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Was not offered additional soap or towels, but you can ask for them at the front desk.

Excelent customer service, Fully attention and you get wake up by churchs-bells of a Cathedral just behind the hotel. I recommend it

Extremelly noisy. Room service was awful. No soap, coffee or clean towels second night. Told reception and we're still waiting for them. No microwave or wifi @ 3rd floor as advertised on internet.
