Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Long wait for check in, no microwave in room, centrally located (downtown - noisy), great restaurants.

I would recommend not ever staying here. AC on 60 feels about 70. Had to change rooms 3 times to get one that the AC & TV both worked. Friendly staff is the only up side.

This hotel is great value for money clean, Great views and excellent service. I recommend the 14th floor for the views.

Horrible service.They don't have rooms but yet they are steady booking rooms through hotel booking sites and their website. Their manager is not available and the rude supervisor knows nothing.
