Free shuttle service is available from near Osaka (Umeda) st. It takes approx. 25 min. to the hotel.

Hotel staff are not friendly and kind at all. They give a smoking room without telling any! Disgusting! Better to check with them before you leave the front desk.

The rooms are pretty Hyatt-standard, but the service is great. Well out of the way of everything though.

Great rooms but very far from Osaka down town. No surrounded restaurants or bars. The hotel bar is just sad.

関西国際空港開業に合わせてオープンしたハイアットリージェンシーホテル。建物、アコモデーションは素晴らしいんですが、何故にこの立地なのか、未だ持って謎です。今でこそ観光バブルでフル稼働ですが、一時期は関西空港に到着した航空会社スタッフ専用ホテルになってた記憶があります

Definitely nice hotel midway between Kansai int'l airport and downtown Osaka. Huge rooms and great service. Breakfast not includes unless you upgrade. Be sure to bring your valid credit card.

Very beautiful sea view room, free shuttle bus to Umeda,easy shopping and quiet at night time, rooftop bar happy hour is awesome^^
