Make sure and get some smore kits from the bar and toast some marshmallows at the fire pits- if you can secure a spot!

The service leads a lot to be desired. The food is lackluster and incredibly overpriced. I paid $10 for a coffee (the capuccino from the previous day was abysmal) and a bagel.

Have a drink out by the docks and watch the boats come and go.

Just about the best place in Montauk to watch the sun set and enjoy a glass of rosè. Encourage friends to get married here so you can spend a long weekend--or just hop on over for a stint yourself!

We intentionally booked the weekend after Labor Day and couldn't be happier. Beachfront room, friendly staff, no chaos. Hop a free kayak and exhale!

Go off season and splurge on a water-view room. Totally worth it. Rooms aren't "modern," but they're clean and well kept. Restaurant and staff are great, but pools and gym are smallish.

Beachmyc is the cutest little boutique, some great finds and almost unfairly cheap. Also if you forgot the basics (toothbrush, sunscreen, tampons, Advil) they carry some in the front to help you out.

On a small islet, the resort has a scaled-down replica of the town’s famous lighthouse, not to mention three pools, four tennis courts, a spa, and a marina.

Very beautiful hotel. I highly recommend a water view room. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff is very friendly. The tuna tartar is out of this world.

So tastefully designed and put together. Affordable on the off season, 399 per night in season. Superb staff.
