Friendly and accommodating staff. They provided us with a "distress discount" since our flight was cancelled and we were forced to stay in NJ for the night. Clean room, bar, food and shuttle service.

I spent two nights at the DoubleTree next door during winterstorm Jonas and moved to this place later. Rooms are far better equipped at the Ramada, everything is renovated. Staff is a little rude.

Actually a very nice hotel. My room was clean and they upgraded me from two double beds to a queen (was staying alone) free of charge. There is a 24\7 cafe where you can get a snack or beer.

Very close to airport, and free shuttle is available from/to hotel. It is nice, quite, clean. The front desk is helpful. The hotel seems to need some renovation. Fine for the price. Don't expect much.

The renovation has just recently been completed, leaning the Ramada a modern hotel. New rooms and excellent lobby. Not the best hotel in the area though

After a long day of horrible travel, the airline put us in these hotels. Keurig machine with Starbucks KCups, comfy pillow top beds, nice TV & blow dryer.Quick efficient customer service no complaint.

Rooms have been remodeled and are quite nice. Lobby work is also progressing. Disregard comments of dated or old rooms as they no longer apply.

No kind words for the conditions at this property or the shuttle staff. However, the restaurant hostess had a great personality! She was the highlight of a long and extremely frustrating day.

Was kind of stuck here against my will because United missed our connection but really loved the hotel they put us up at. Nice rooms, good food even late. They clearly see a lot of weary travelers.

This place must've been revamped since other reviews! Beautiful room and new decor, even new carpet. Extra clean--no bad smells or bleach smells. Staff was quick to check in all guests with vouchers.
