Decent Hotel, abysmal shuttle service. I’ve been here three times and each time waited a min of 30 minutes to an hour. Only one shuttle for two hotels, where other hotels run two shuttles each.

If you like the Internet. Just don't. The Wi-Fi...isn't. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

The heating system In the rooms is terrible!! Noisy and unable to get the right temperature ..also the pillows are hard and uncomfortable

Book a room on the upper levels facing the mountains.

Our kids love the water slides. Provincial suites are in 1st & 2nd floor. No view but convenient access to the car and pool. Parking is free.
