We have just checked in and saw how rude the staff was towards a woman who is traveling solo. They shouted at her, really nasty as she could not enter her room (card did not work?)and asked their help

Got here late and waited outside in the cold for 10 minutes ringing the bell. When the person in charge finally woke up to check us in he was rude and was upset we woke him up.

Nice and helpful staff. Clean, large rooms. Great view of the bay, but nothing fancy.
