Not a terrible b&b but staff was a little rude! Andddd they use way too much febreze in the room. Smell was overwhelming.

Lovely rooms, friendly, with great Mad Batter restaurant downstairs - not so easy to park, though. And make sure you can do the stairs.

Room 28 has a view of the ocean while laying in bed. Very convenient to beach and town.
