The location is super convenient and suites are so large and comfy compared to what you usually get for that money in Manhattan. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The continental breakfast on the 26th floor from 6:30-11:30 am includes coffee and tea and is only $15. Good value with juice, fruit salad, whole fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries and breads.

This is our favorite place in NYC! We are only 2 blocks from Central Park! The Bell Staff is the best in the City!

We really love this place! The Staff is the best. The bed are huge and comfortable. You won't get this much room space anywhere else in Manhattan!

Rooms are stuffily hot, during the Winter. Only way to be able to sleep is to turn off the HVAC system & open the window.

The sofa beds are pathetic and the rooms definitely need to be renovated, but the staff is friendly and the gym is great.

If you are a member, all day parking is available via valet for $28. Best parking in NYC...clean restrooms, excellent concierge.

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The curtains were great to block out the light as well. Would gladly come back.
