Friendly pub with a traditional atmosphere. The Ashover brewery is in the car park. Sunday roasts are amazing. Great real ales.

Food fantastic meat and tatty pie great, home ales really nice. Watch out for birds of prey inside sometimes :)

The number one place in Derbyshire for traditional ale, cider and great home made food. They have Brewery on site where the landlord produces fantastic ale. CAMRA award winner.
