Room 303 is directly under the lobby / breakfast area. Constant scraping chairs on the ceiling will wake you up starting at 7am.

In 2014 - there are shampoo & soap dispensers in each bathroom.

There was oatmeal with raisins & brown sugar to add plus warm cinnamon rolls. Adequate comes to mind!

Not a real B&B. it is a motel that provides cold cereal, yogurt, apples, cinnamon rolls, coffee, tea, and cocoa. Uninspiring. The rooms are ok, but lots of noise. Mine smelled a bit weird.

No AC. just a heater. But I still love this place.

Rooms can be a bit noisy at night and early morning. Use the extra pillows for your ears.
