Booked a family room but only offered a double room on arrival. Was made to carry a single z bed up stairs to our room as this was too heavy for the lady to carry. Imagine if we were an elderly couple

3 person room actually comes with sofa, pull out single bed, and double bed. However you only get two towels and 3 pillows! Be sure to ask for more. No shampoo at all, BYO!
