Clean and friendly goof food in pub nearby. Handy Coop shop across road and park and ride to Ludlow. Would use again

So - if you pay for early check-in they get confused and send u to a dirty room. Ridiculous. Customer service appalling. Might be cheap but proper service is free, so it's no excuse.
