There is nothing good here. This hotel manager has no regard for the goddamn ADA, and will throw you out if you have a service animal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

We loved hotel but the bar was terrible. The room was clean and big. Bartender was terrible.

Terrible front desk service, shuttle service not available without notice, then the front desk lady tries to be smart with you. Stay away if you can

Be sure to utilize the free shuttle service. Also visit the Short Pump Town Center where if you have no self control, you can spend hundreds of hours shopping at some of the most upscale mall.

Courteous staff, comfortable beds, nice restaurant nearby. Definitely one of the better picks in the area, especially given the reasonable prices.
