Not much , rooms not very clean- found a roach behind the coffee maker. Bathroom dirty.

Don't expect the best. 216 has a leak in the ceiling right over the couch. When our clothes in our bag got wet we were directed to the pay laundry on the 3rd floor. (Without apology)

Lots of renovations. The staff is very helpful and accommodating . Overall a good place with reasonable pricing .

If you have 5 star taste then maybe a dump, but so far I think it's pretty nice.
