You don't have to rush to the exit 2 minutes before docking. You will make it with plenty of time to catch the Seattle ferry.

Bremerton and Port Orchard residents can ditch the car and travel on the Kitsap Transit Foot Ferry connecting both cities. Travel time is about 12 minutes to local cafes and pubs on either side.
