Some of the seats in the upper level have very limited leg room, which can be really uncomfortable if you're going to be there for a long event.

1 add-on: staff need to be more conscious this is a concert hall, not a bar: try not to make door noises during performance, please? People have paid to listen to music, not random noises made by you.
