Salmon are out right now. Great place to watch them. Make sure to have your dogs leashed up. Don't want them disturbing the fish.

Stroke! Stroke! "We're all in this boat together!" That's the name of the large steel art piece by renowned sculptor Harold Balazs. It's located near the Senior Center, east of the Airport Way bridge.

The Cedar River Watershed, about 29 miles upstream from here, provides drinking water for 1.4 million people. Make sure to visit in October, when thousands of salmon return to spawn.
