It's called Columbia Park because the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS) gave it to Torrance. CBS then owned KNX/1070 radio, which continues to radiate from the two towers standing in the midst there.

Big park. There are two places where kids can play. And great place to walk/jog. Just beware that people bring thee dogs. So watch your step
