The manager is not costumer friendly! My cousin had an issue with bringing back an item they sold to her as broken and they refused to exchange it for a non broken one.

Was in here recently and they had a betta fish in a vase. The water was brown and filthy. This place is not a pet store and should not be keeping an animal if they won't take care of it. Abuse.

Always check website for coupons before you go! If you have an android just act like you thought they could accept it and they will.

This store has been remodeled and looks terrific. They have more inventory, and stock some items I could not find in other craft stores.
