I found Halia to be pleasant though smoky indoors, their meals are really value for money IMO. Tried the black stew chicken rice and was startled by how complex the marination was. I'm coming back!

Tried Halia. Many items not avlb. Foreign waiter served dessert before main meal even arrived. Told him nicely to take it bk. He shouted "Try lah !!!". We walked out. Rude as hell. Avoid.
