Walked in & bought a half loaf each of sourdough & seeded bread mid-day on a Monday. Both were excellent, possibly the best bread in Madrid.

Really tasty breads. Tasteful and yummy. Dry and crunchy cover and soft and tender center. I little bit bitter because it is sourdough. Booked in advance, in another way you couldn’t buy anything.

Si encargas pan, asegúrate de recogerlo exactamente antes de las 20:30, porque si llegas 5 minutos tarde el dependiente te lo enseñará en tu cara y no te lo dará. Genial la empatía de ésta gente!

the best bread in Madrid, hands down. You’ll need to reserve in advance, although if you go during the week they usually have a few unreserved loafs you can just pick up.
