Sharp decline in the quality over the last year. Last batch of pastries I got were bland. Sign in window that demands applicants for employment while calling out people for being lazy = truly shitty.

The Cinnamon Stick and Strawberry Shortcake alone are worth the trip, not to mention their bagels! So substantial, and they do not skimp on size! One of my favorite places, hands down.
