The requirement to have to ask someone to unlock the restroom door is ludicrous They are not quick about it and mostly resentful. They don't ask for additional counter help when needed

The manager Mark is very rude. Was uncooperative assisting with photos and when I decided to cancel the order he decided to print them. Just laziness? All other times great service.
