Incredibly rude, unhelpful staff. Very short with polite customers. It seems that once you've paid for your dress, they no longer care to help you, since they've got your money already.

Most dresses/gowns must be paid for in full the day that you order them; so be prepared to pay up front!

Call to check on the status of the dress/gown you ordered. They never called to notify me it was in!

DON'T EVER COME HERE. DISCONTINUED DRESS AFTER ONLY HALF OF THE BRIDESMAIDS ORDERED THEM. NEVER CALLED ANYONE TO NOTIFY. NEVER OFFERED A DISCOUNT. MANAGERS ARE NO HELP WHATSOEVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
