Waited in line for 25 freaking minutes! Wasn't impressed with the customer service either, not helpful at all. Now I remember why I don't shop here often. Disorganized, rude staff, long lines.

Love that I can always find great, classic, trendy work top options & skirts but it's true, their checkout lines can be horribly slow. I've put clothes back & walked out before. Go during off hours.
