Picked up imac from repair wasn't able to get the protective sheet cover for the computer if you pick up a serviced item bring some sort of protective case.

Of course being in an apple store is fun. It just gets awkward when the workers are standing around not acknowledging you. "Um... Hi I need Apple Care..."

Genius Bar reservations are done online, service okay, staff members here are helpful. Not inexpensive, but it is Apple, what else would you expect?

When you check-in for an appointment, make sure to seek out a worker with a green smart cover. I learned this the hard way.
