The most valuable thing in this store that every home chef should own is a Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixer. I use mine all the time for just about everything and love the amazing attachments.

I use my ebelskiver pan at least once a week - you do not need to buy WS' ebelskiver pancake mix...just use your favorite recipe or mix! My son loves these and you can be ultra creative.

Ruffoni Risotto Pan is one of my favorite pieces in my kitchen - not only is it excellent for risotto and so much more, it's hammered copper finish and acorn detailing is beautiful.
