You can't get through to them. They have my car. I've been on hold for 45 minutes. Not acceptable. take your car somewhere else. they will never get my business again.

Don't waste your time! Took my dealer maintained car here for an out of province inspection, only to be told it failed and required a $900+ break job. Took my car to VW and it passed no problem! FCT!

This is by far the best Service center of the CTA in the lower mainland. Fast and Friendly service.

In the back or side of the store there's a big white tank you can dump all your used oil in.

A friend called here for a quote on a fuel filter. She wasn't finished asking a question when the guy on the other end of the line just hung up on her. Great customer service guys!

The manager Steve is very unhelpful when dealing with customers. Tried to give me the wrong advertised items twice and is unreasonable about rainchecks. This location has lost my business for good.
