The wait for returns was over an hour long. They were doing nothing to make it quicker. Cashiers were very bummed and moving slow. Pretty store but depressing because of employees 🤓

Interesting. You can use most charge cards here but not to pay off Kohl's credit card. Only cash or check. Is there an operational reason for this? Or is it profit driven? What do you think?
