Tyana offered to ring me up in another register when she noticed I'm struggling in my heels (granted I browsed longer than I should've). She called manager, then went to them to process my gift card!

To the woman who left the tip about the service in fragrance:cosmetics; I work in that department and we are always short staffed. Have some patience and maybe you'll get served.

Worst customer service in fragrance / beauty. Almost always hard to find someone. Prepare to wait. They take everyone in front of you... Drive the extra to capital city mall

This is the only store worth shopping at in this crappy mall. Much bigger selections than their Capital City Mall store.
