The cafe area is always filthy. Floors are sticky and tables are never wiped down. I've brought it up to the management and they always say it's Starbucks responsibility. WOW, way to pass the buck.

My favorite Target (over Target RH, WC-Eastland, & WC-Azusa) because it's clean (even the baskets & carts), organized, & well-stocked. The workers are helpful, & polite (with only 2-3 exceptions). :)
