Usually ends up more expensive than I'd like but they always treat my ring with the utmost respect and it never leaves my sight (any 1 stone weighing .2 ct or more). Very busy though.

The only reason they have made a name for themselves is because they pay for it with their commercials. Maybe if they were really good they would get biz from word of mouth.

Very rude people working there. Not to mention they make the prices high and use the fact that there isn't standard pricing in jewelry to over charge.
