Convenient parking and easy to look for restaurants or places to eat. Variety of choices. Even have the link bridge in basement to walk out to shops opposite if desired.

Free parking for the first hour. Loads of restaurants to try and nice & spacious environment. :)

Parking rate . Mon-Sun 1st hour FOC. 2nd & 3rd hour RM1 per hour. 4th hour & above RM2 per hour.

Modern unique layout.Quite big.Some floors are still quite empty.A walk from parking to the mall can be misleading for first timer.Doesn't have your typical fast food chain.Good outdoor area as well.
