Service Counter is extremely slow. The person attending the self-checkout lanes usually has double duty with service counter and self-checkout.

Avoid the service counter, where lottery tickets and Western Union are. It's pretty slow.

If you have more than 5 items do not bother with self-checkout. It's a mess.

If you like hummus, try "Fountain of Health" traditional hummus! Kroger is the only grocery store in the area that carries it.
