Currently with Covid-19, the Emerald Line is NON-EXISTENT. Line to service people is wicked long and under-manned. Same for sign-out.

All I can do is wish you luck. This is defiantly the most unorganized national car rental center I've experienced. Don't bother trying to find any sort of customer service either.
