If you like bikram yoga, check Alejandra or Piera's class. They're the best. The other instructors are too American mainstream.

The parking lot is like the mall at Christmas every mon-thurs from About 5-7pm. Careful!!! It's plenty crazy and packed!

The spin classes are great here. Sometimes I'll even do two spin classes on a Saturday morning--the 8:15 and then the 9:30 class.
