Terrible station. Lifts and escalators never work. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Airport transfers are never organised. Avoid this airport.

No perder el ticket del tren, pues lo pedirán dos veces para subir al bus que lleva a la terminal. El trayecto es corto, de apenas 5-6 minutos.

if your train ticket destination is Luton Airport the shuttle bus is included. If it says Luton airport Parkway it is not included (£2 cash each way)

All trains stopping in platform 1 go to London (all of them stop in St. Pancras but not all in the rest of London stations)

NEVER take the train if you're traveling at night! Use bus services! You wait an hour for the train and just 5 minutes before estimated arrival time they cancel it! Shitty service for a shitty airport
