The outer lane of the entrance is for those with reserved slots only. The inner lane is for those who will pay the hourly parking rates.

When someone parks on your reserved slot, they give you a slot on the first or second floors. :)

If you arrive early like around 8am then no problem in queueing. Beyond 830am, there is no assurance.

When watching TV at the drivers' lounge avoid caressing the other drivers legs. Mayor Recidoro found out the hard way that they don't take too kindly to this
