The waiting room on Platform 2 is locked at about 19:00, so make sure you wrap up warm in the winter if you're catching a late train!

Watch the red footbridges as you walking to station, as when passengers get off the trains to head into town centre they are like a stampede of cattle.

Watch out for lazy drivers using the disabled parking area to pick up / drop off passengers. Expect bays to be blocked, be unable to park and get involved in near accidents as a result.

Wear gloves and hat it is cold inside no thanks to revamp where London Midland have put the juice vending machines against the only walk letting in sunlight.

Give your self a good 15mins if you are using the self service ticket machine & it's busy. The machine is so slow.
